Military Veterans & Window Experts
Kimberly Donovan
Kim's no longer this 18-year-old basic trainee. She is our managing partner and a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with 21 years of service stateside and overseas. This isn't her first veteran-owned business. Along with her partners, she wanted to create a window and door replacement business that delivers superior products and service from people you can trust. As an Atlanta native, she also has a desire to train and employ local veterans, as well as give back to organizations that serve veterans and first responders. She has a wealth of experience in business management and even was an assistant professor of military science at Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!). She is the proud mother of three teenagers and loves boring them with her Army stories and tales of childhood, such as "I walked to school when I was your age - it was up hill both ways!"
Jim Donovan
Jim is a partner and reminds us that you are "Once a Marine, Always a Marine." He served proudly in the Marine Corps in the U.S. and Asia. He and wife, Kim, engage in regular debates over which branch of service is "the toughest." Jim has consulted for several major window manufacturers and re-sellers in recent years and has learned the business from the ground up. Jim's diverse management and sales background spans nearly 30 years. He also is our resident golf pro and has played in tournaments at some of the country’s premiere golf courses. Jim's an Atlanta transplant - his Boston accent and New England Patriots hat usually give him away. However, he roots for the Falcons when they aren't playing the Pats and enjoys spending time with the family.
